Got it quick. We have had minimal problems with these cartridges.
I purchased aTN-360 drum and installed it on 3/1/25. It was warranted for one year or 12,000 copies. It started to leave gray streaks on my copies in 11/25 so I contacted Supplies Outlet and asked for a replacement drum since it was still under warranty. I had not run 12,000 copies through my printer. I had to submit pictures of a copy with gray streaks and the drum unit. It took about two weeks to get the replacement drum but it finally arrived. I installed it and no more gray streaks on my copies. Hopefully the new one will last the full year. I will buy from them again.
I was looking for a replacement toner for my Brother printer. I ran across Supplies Outlet and decided to give them a try. I didn't really want to pay $75.00 for a Brother toner. The toner works perfectly in my printer for almost a quarter of the price. I also had some difficulty with an order that I messed up - not Supplies Outlet. They were wonderful to work with. They will be my go-to supply store from now on.

Supplies outlet has been my only vender for my printer cartridges and drums for my brother printers for manny manny years. Their products , in my opion, are the best in quality and in price. I stopped buying the original Brother cartridges manny years ago. Supplies Outlet substitutes are as good or better then brothers original products and the price is much much less.
I have purchased compatible Brother printer ink and drum units several times over the years and have always had a good experience. I recently purchased a Black Drum Unit and a toner cartridge pack of 2 and received the items in a couple days. I installed the drum unit and my Brother printer prints very clear and clean pages. I will continue to use Supplies Outlet for my ink needs.
